NFD Korea Developing 300MW AI Data Center Campus in Dangjin, South Korea
The Dangjin campus is planned as a large-scale AI-ready development serving cloud, hyperscale, and high-density computing demand in Korea.

NFD Korea is developing a 300MW AI-ready data center campus in Dangjin, South Korea, located in South Chungcheong Province within reach of the Seoul metropolitan market. The project has secured the site, power agreements, and construction permits, with the first phase targeting Ready-for-Service in the first quarter of 2028.
As AI and cloud infrastructure demand continues to expand, the Dangjin campus is designed to provide large-scale capacity with a phased development structure. The location within an established industrial complex is expected to support project stability while reducing risks commonly associated with power procurement, permitting, and community opposition.
The campus is being planned for high-density AI workloads, including liquid cooling capability and rack-level power density of up to 160kW, subject to tenant requirements. NFD Korea expects the development to draw interest from hyperscalers, cloud service providers, operators, and infrastructure investors seeking development-ready capacity in South Korea.
