Real-estate Manager

Position Overview

We are a leading data center development company seeking a Real-estate Manager with direct experience in land acquisition and deal execution. This role requires a deep understanding of feasibility studies, development processes, and the data center industry, along with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and evaluate investment opportunities in data center projects
Land deal sourcing, structuring, due diligence, and negotiation of key terms and transaction documents
Participate in development processes including land acquisition, permitting, and setting a construction schedule from an investor's perspective
Collaborate across technical, commercial, and legal teams to ensure project alignment and investment protection
Prepare investment memorandum, IC presentation and on-going reports for stakeholders and debtors

Required Experience and Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in land acquisition and deal execution
Proven track record in sourcing, structuring, and closing land or infrastructure transactions, preferably including data center or industrial projects
Solid understanding of feasibility analysis, permitting, zoning, and development processes
Familiarity with project financing, capital structuring, and risk management for real-estate assets
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
Candidates must have no restrictions on international business travel

Seoul headquarters or project sites in the Seoul metro area
Occasional overseas travel may be required.
