Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with direct experience in designing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong background in CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) design, construction execution, and regulatory permitting, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with MEP disciplines and global stakeholders in English.

Key Responsibilities

Manage data center projects from due diligence through design development, permitting, construction and turnover
Manage overall project design, schedules, budgets, and risks
Oversee overall permitting processes, collaborating closely with local authorities and regulatory bodies
Optimize designs for constructability, sustainability, and structural resilience in coordination with MEP disciplines
Provide oversight of vendor selection, tender reviews, and contractor performance
Manage teams of engineering and technical staff, mentoring individuals and driving high performance

Required Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
A minimum of 10 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects such as data centers
Proven experience managing CSA permitting, including regulatory engagement and submissions
Solid project management experience and skills for handling multiple projects and stakeholder interfaces
Proficiency with CSA engineering and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, Procore)
Proficiency in English communication for technical discussions, documentation, and client interaction

Seoul headquarters or project sites in the Seoul metro area
Occasional overseas travel may be required.
